| Abstract: | The paper is the abbreviation of the general report about the system of codes and standards compiled after the study for three years, which is under the leadership of the Standard Department of the Construction Ministry. The basic situations for the execution of technical standards and codes in 12 developed countries and regions are expounded. The comparisons about the standards and codes are carried out between home and abroad, and suggestions are presented for the reformation of the system of construction standards and codes in China. |
