铌酸催化合成乙酸苯乙酯

摘    要:将铌酸用于催化合成乙酸苯乙酯 ,在醇酸摩尔比 1∶5 ,回流反应 2h ,催化剂用量 (以 1mol醇计 )为 5g的条件下 ,酯收率可达 84 .3%以上。催化剂不经处理 ,可多次循环使用 ,不污染环境 ,相对于一些其他催化剂 ,具有明显的优点。

Abstract:Niobic acid was firstly used as the catalyst for the synthesis of phenethyl acetate. The optimum conditions were determined as follows: the molar-ratio of phenethyl alcohol to acetic acid was 1:5.0, the reaction time of reflux was 2h, the amount of catalyst was 5g per mole of phenethyl alcohol. The yield of esters was over 84.3% and the catalyst can be used several times without any treatments, and no environment pollution was thus formed. The niobic acid exhibits obvious advantages in comparison with some other common catalysts.
