| 摘 要： | 针对如何确定装配环境下待装配特征之间的装配关系,提出装配特征模块化的装配方法.该方法根据装配特征分类存储为不同功能模块,采用继承的方法,利用装配数据模块和装配关系模块完成装配动作,为保持设计过程中产品装配特征数据的一致性提供了保障,并以标准渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮为例介绍了该方法的实用性和优越性.

| Abstract: | In order to ascertain the assembly relationship between assembly features in assembly condition,a new way was presented for assembly based on assembly features' modularity.The way uses a inherit way to accompolish assembly with an assembly data module and an assembly relationship module which can ensure the data coherence of assembly features during the design process.Taking the involute straight teeth gear as an example to explain the practicability and superiority of this method. |
