电网继电保护及故障信息管理系统的实现

摘    要:为提高电网故障分析能力及保护、故障录波器的管理水平,提出了继电保护及故障信息管理系统,该系统由主站系统与若干个子站系统组成,子站系统接入保护及故障录波器并完成协议转换,同时将数据上传到调度端;主站系统实现所有上传数据的分类显示与管理,并提供故障测距、录波数据分析等电力系统高级应用模块。目前该系统仍存在子站系统协议转换复杂、不同厂家的主站与子站系统无法兼容等问题。

Abstract:A management information system for protective relaying and fault recorder is introduced to improve the level of fault analysis and the device management. The system is comprised of a host system and several local systems. The latter are linked to the protective relaying and fault recorder, transform different protocols to a standard protocol and send the data to the host system simultaneously; The host system displays and manages the obtained data, provides the advanced applications, such as fault location, recorder data analysis. There are still some problems in the implementation of the system at present, for instance, the complex protocol conversions and the poor compatibility between local systems and the host system provided by different companies.
