| 摘 要： | 电梯镶板是典型的品种多、数量少的产品，为满足电梯镶板高效率生产的需要，日本近几年开发出适应电梯轻量化、电梯镶板薄型化要求、粘接性能优异的聚氨酯结构胶粘剂。本文介绍了电梯镶板粘接的必要性、粘接工艺及新开发的聚氨酯结构胶粘剂的特征等。

| Abstract: | New PU structural adhesives for use in elevator panels has been developed. The adhesives simplify the production of elevator panels, which are produced in a large variety of small lots. Decorative panels made using the new PU adhesives were tested and found to match the performance of previous panels. Thanks to the use of lightweight, rigid reinforeing materials and thin, high streng finishing materials,substantial weight savings are achieved. This paper introdrced the manufacturing process of elevator panels and bond strength of new PU structural adhesives in Various adherends. |
