摘    要:针对220 t/h锅炉因燃用煤种变化出现较严重的结渣问题,提出了将燃烧器一次风反切的改造方案.用数值模拟的方法对改造前和改造方案在10000/BMCR负荷下的炉内燃烧参数进行研究.通过分析、比较改造前后炉内燃烧的速度场、温度场、氧量场以及煤粉颗粒分布,发现改造后水冷壁的结焦趋势小,论证了改造方案的可行性.

Abstract:The coal shift in the 220 t/h power plant results in serious slagging in the furnace.To ease the slagging problem,a retrofit proposal was made to change the primary air jets in reverse tangential arrangement to the secondary air jets.Numerical simulations were carried out to investigate the in-furnace combustion parameters at 1000/0 BMCR(boiler maximum continuous rating) load of pre-and post-retrofit cases.Comparative analyse of the velocity,temperature,oxygen fields and coal dust distribution in pre-and post-retrofit cases show that the slagging tendency after retrofit proposal will come down,demonstrating the feasibility of the retrofit proposal.
