连铸技术的发展与现状

摘    要:连铸工艺和技术现已为全世界各国普遍采用,许多钢厂已实现全连铸。经过六十年,连铸技术和设备都有了飞速的发展,主要体现在结晶器的改进,电磁搅拌,电磁制动技术的应用,薄板坯连铸、近终形连铸、连铸自动化的实现,中间包冶金,保护渣技术等方面,采用新技术,新设备,缩短铸钢流程,提高连铸生产率,降低成本是连铸发展的趋势。

Abstract:Continuous casting has been adopted all over the world, complete continuous casting has been carded into effect in many steel works. Continuous casting technologies and equipments have a rapidly progress in sixty years, for example, improving of mold, electromagnetic stirring, electromagnetic braking, thin-slab casting, near-net-shape casting, automatization, tundish metallurgy, casting powder, etc. The trends for continuous casting are adopting new technologies and equipments, cutting casting process, increasing productivity, decreasing cost.
