摘    要:针对该产品头部形状与尺寸同杆部相差较大的特点,采用无缝先镦头后旋压加工成形的工艺方案。解决了毛坯加工困难和提高材料利用率,生产出合格的制件。

Abstract:Being aimed at the feature of the great difference shape and size between the head and the pole of the product,this paper introduces the new technology of upsetting the seamless steel taue first and then spinning it this processes ,solves processing difficulty and increases the utilization ratio of materiae.
