摘    要:Cr4 :YAG激光器能产生超短脉冲,可广泛用于光纤通信和量子通信当中。这篇文章从Cr4 :YAG晶体的能级结构出发,建立了Cr4 :YAG激光器的速率方程组,并依据这个速率方程组分析了增益和损耗对Cr4 :YAG激光器的振荡阈值条件、吸收系数和脉冲输出特性等的影响。优化Cr4 :YAG激光器腔的设计减少腔的损耗可增强激光器的工作性能。

Abstract:The ultrashort pulse can be generated in the Cr~(4 ):YAG laser,it is broadly applied in the optical fiber communication and the quantum communication.The rate equations of the Cr~(4 ):YAG laser have been obtained from the Cr~(4 ):YAG energy level in this paper.The influence of the oscillating threshold and absorption coefficient and the output pulse properties in the Cr~(4 ):YAG laser have been analysed from the rate equations.The operation performance is enhanced in the Cr~(4 ):YAG laser by optimizing the cavity and reduced the loss.
