摘 要: | 氦气的比热容非常高,并且是惰性气体,故在光纤拉丝中通常用作光纤冷却用气体。氦气是一种从天然气井中作为副产物而获得的不可再生的昂贵资源。从制造成本和战略安全等角度考虑,氦气回收的意义重大。通过对拉丝冷却管中的氦气进行收集,然后提纯并储存,以便对其再次利用,大幅降低了光纤企业生产成本,并保证了氦气资源的战略安全。

The Technology of Helium Recycling and Purifying for Fiber Drawing |

Abstract: | The specific heat capacity of the helium is very high, and it is an inert gas. Helium is commonly used as a gas for fiber cooling in fiber drawing. Helium is a nonrenewable resource, which is obtained from the natural gas well as a by-product, and therefore, it is very expensive. From the point of view of manufacturing cost and strategic safety, the signifi-cance of helium recovery is very important. In this paper, the helium in the fiber drawing furnace is collected, and then pu-rified and stored, so that it can be used again. So that the production cost of the optical fiber enterprise is greatly reduced, and the strategic security of the helium resource is guaranteed. |
