灌浆材料结冰压的影响因素

摘    要:研究了养护温度、时间及泌水率对灌浆材料结冰压的影响。结果表明:养护温度和时间对结冰压有重要影响,灌浆材料在15℃下养护24h或5℃下养护40h,结冰压有较大幅度的降低。提高养护温度或掺加引气剂可降低灌浆材料的泌水率。在养护早期,灌浆材料的泌水率与结冰压有较好的相关性。

Abstract:The effects of curing time, temperature and bleeding capacity on ice-formation pressure of grout were studied. The results showed that curing time and temperature have significant effects on ice-formation of grout. The ice-formation pressure of grout decreased substantially when they were cured at 15℃ for 24 hours or at 5℃ for 40 hours. Higher curing temperature and addition of air-entrained agent could decrease bleeding capacity of grout effectively. At the early stage of curing, the bleeding capacity and ice-formation pressure of grout were related to each other.
