| 摘 要： | ZGM95G（MPS-190）中速磨煤机下架体密封组件中传动盘在使用中发生裙边开裂,致使下架体密封失效。更换下来的传动盘属该型磨煤机最重的部件之一,如因此而报废则浪费太大。经过合理的分析计算后确定了可靠的修复再利用方案,并经实施后取得良好的经济效益,具有实际的参考价值,可为同类型设备零部件修复提供可借鉴的经验。

| Abstract: | The skirt border of the transmission tray cracked in the course of using the ZGM95G（MPS-190） medium speed mill,and it leaded to the failure of the seal.As one of the most important components,the abandonment of the transmission tray will cause enormous waste.One reuse method based on reasonable analysis and calculation is proposed in the paper,and it has achieved good economic returns.The method has a practical reference value,and can provide experience for the repair of similar-type components. |
