摘    要:对当前汽车喷涂作业进行分析,建立了喷涂设备换色频次和POLO轿车油漆车间的生产能力、质量、成本之间的关系;提出了以成组技术为基本原理的柔性分色线调度系统设计方案;利用计算机模拟技术开发模拟分色线软件,对设计方案进行技术、经济的分析和比较,制定了最佳的柔性分色线调度系统的设计方案.

Abstract:In the design process of the color selection storage system, the current painting job was analyzed, and the relationship between the color changing frequency of the painting equipment and the production capacity, quality and cost in POLO paint shop was established. The project of the color selection storage system was based on the group technology. It was analyzed and compared technically and economically by the home developed software, namely the color selection storage simulation system. At last, the best scheduling system for flexible color selection storage was designed.
