凝汽器铜管断裂原因分析

摘    要:某电厂凝汽器更换铜管后运行仅2个月,铜管就相继发生断裂,对其进行了失效分析,查明铜管在振动应力和腐蚀介质的作用下产生了脱锌腐蚀,同时提出了消除振动和对铜管造膜的解决对策,至今该台凝汽器已安全运行5年。

Abstract:Condenser copper tubes had rupture in succession after replacement in one power plant. The analysis was made on the failure and dezincification corrosion was found on the copper tube which was caused by vibration stress and corrosion medium. Solutions to eliminate vibration and filming on the copper tube to prevent corrosion were offered. Since then, the condenser has been in safe operation for 5 years.
