| Abstract: | The paper discusses the problem concerning light reflecting and refracting polarization and phase on the surface of the transparent medium by using the Fresnel formula. In particular, the condition of the additive out of phase is analysed regarding the reflecting of light on the up and down surface of the transparent medium. |
