新型针板电极放电特性的研究

摘    要:研制成功一种二千瓦横流电激励连续CO2激光器,采用了新型针板式电极结构,其阳极为平面形铜板电极,阴极为二排针形钨杆电极,每排100支均匀分布,电极之间的距离为35mm,本文论述这种新型针板式电极的放电特性。

Abstract:A 2kW transverse electric excitation CW CO_2 laser are developed.A new electrode configuration of pin-to-flat are used. The anode is a copper flat,the cathodes are three rows of pin tungsten electrode and each row contains 100 pins,the electrodes are separated from each other by 35mm. In this paper,the discharge characteristics of the new model pin-to-flat electrode are discribed.
