CAE技术在汽车仪表板气辅注射成型中的应用

摘    要:根据汽车仪表板的结构及性能要求,利用 CAE 软件 Moldflow/MPI 模拟了汽车仪表板气体辅助注射成型的充填过程,预测其成型质量,结合实际生产条件优化出合理的气辅注射成型工艺参数。经实验研究,在优化的工艺条件下气体能较理想地穿透熔体,所生产的汽车仪表板质量能满足用户的需求。
