摘    要:回顾了近几年国内大型钢铁企业焦炭质量状况及其对高炉冶炼的影响,中国炼焦煤资源情况及其对焦炭质量的影响;综述了国内外高炉焦炭研究的进展,改善焦炭质量的技术措施和炼焦新技术;提出高炉要实现富氧大煤量喷吹强化操作,迫切需要进步提高焦炭质量:通过加强炼焦煤洗选,采用备煤新技术及提高炼焦装备水平等措施提高焦炭质量;扶持炼焦新了艺的开发研究。

Abstract:The authors have reviewed the currenl stale of coke quality in son1e Iarge enterprises of recent years and the effect of coke quality on blast furnace production, reporied the progress on BF coke research in China and abroad, and the new cokemaking technologies and the 1ech11ical measures to improve coke quality, proposed that the coke quality imperatively need to be further improved through the enhancement of coking coal washing, the adoption of new technologies for coal preparation and the support for developing new cokemaking technologies, in order to meet the requirements of Oxygen enrichment and high rate coal injection operation.
