摘    要:为解决重油含水量高对轧钢加热炉的不利影响,采用一种新的乳化工艺,在节能素帮助下,改性为合格的乳化重油。既能正常燃烧,又能节油和保护环境。

Abstract:For solving the unfavourable affection of the high-moisture-content heavy oil on the steel rolling furnace,a new technology converting the poor quality heavy oil into the qualified emulsified oil by adding the saving energy additives is applied,which not only makes the oil buming normally,but also saves the oil and protects environment.
