百叶形和方形蜂窝结构抑制平板集热器热损失数值模拟

摘    要:本文针对水平放置的平板型集热器中百叶形蜂窝和方形蜂窝热性能做了三维数值模拟,通过对比分析发现二者均能有效抑制对流,其中方形蜂窝优于百叶形蜂窝,但随着蜂窝高宽比的减小,两者之间的差别变得越来越小,同时发现,在蜂窝高度为60mm的条件下,当蜂窝孔径大于等于40mm后,百叶形蜂窝和方形蜂窝几乎失去了抑制对流的功效.

Abstract:In the paper,three-dimensional simulation was done for the thermal performance of the shutter-type honeycomb and the square honeycomb in the horizontal flat plate solar collector.The results showed that the shutter-type honeycomb and the square honeycomb can suppress natural convection efficiently.The thermal performance of the square honeycomb was better,but the superiority diminished with the height-width ratio reduced.If the height of honeycomb is 60mm,the honeycomb diameter is larger than 40mm,the shutt...
