| 摘 要： | 介绍了流媒体技术和RTSP协议，并提出一种基于RTSP协议的电信级大容量高可靠性的VOD系统解决方案。这种VOD系统具有成本相对低廉，实现相对简单，容量大，服务稳定的特点。该方案的实现可为其他VOD系统的设计实现提供参考。
