摘    要:为了获得热管不凝气体的气塞长度,介绍了一个使用微机控制红外测温仪来检测热管外表温度的新方法。温度数据通过串行口传送给工控机进行处理并显示结果。测试及控制软件采用VB语言编程,可直接在工控机界面上进行操作。使用结果表明:该方法可靠性好,还大大提高了生产率。

Abstract:In order to obtain the length of non-freezing gas column in heat pipe, a new method which uses microcomputer to control infrared thermal sensor to examine the temperature of outside surface of heat pipe is carried out.The temperature data are provided for industrial personal computer(IPC) via serial port,and then processed by IPC,and the results are displayed. Testing and controlling software is programmed in VB language, it is easy to be manipulated on IPC interface. The related productions proved that this method has high reliability and raises efficiency greatly.
