采空区下方高应力环境下深部矿体回采时序研究

摘    要:夏甸金矿深部矿体处于采空区下方的高应力环境中,地压管控是矿体回采时序规划的基本原则。利用3Dmine-Midas/gts耦合建立了真三维深部矿体模型,反演了实测地应力,并利用Flac3D数值模拟软件对上部开采活动下深部矿体的二次应力分布规律进行了研究;结合深部地压特征,基于采矿环境再造的思想,提出隔离层的方案,通过数值模拟确定了隔离层参数;针对隔离层下深部首采中段的回采顺序,提出了前进间隔式、后退间隔式、前进连续式和后退连续式4种回采方案,计算结果表明,前进连续式回采方案更有利于地压管控。根据研究结果确定了深部矿体的整体回采时序规划,为深部矿体的安全高效回采提供了指导。

Abstract:Deep orebody of Xiadian gold mine is located under high stress environment below goaf.In order to obtain a reasonable stoping sequence planning on the principle of underground pressure control,true three-dimensional digital deep orebody model was established by using 3Dmine-Midas/gts coupling method,measured in-situ stress was inverted,and secondary stress distribution rule in deep orebody was studied by Flac3D numerical simulation software.Based on mining environment reconstruction idea and feature of secondary stress,isolation layer project was proposed,of which parameters was determined by numerical simulation;4 feasible mining sequence schemes of alternate-forward,alternate-backward,continuous-forward and continuous-backward were proposed,the results show that the continuous-forward scheme is more advantageous to control underground pressure.As a result,the overall stoping sequence planing was determined,which provides guidance for safe and effective mining of deep ore orebody.
