摘    要:本科毕业论文是培养学生综合实践能力、科研和创新能力的重要教学环节。本文对我院化工专业学生毕业设计(论文)教学环节,开展创新能力培养改革探索与实践及其效果的实际情况进行了总结。认为整合毕业环节时间,强化学生的创新意识和训练,结合实际情况营造良好的创新氛围,制定个性化培养方案,考核评价注重创新性是实施毕业设计(论文)和取得成效的关键。

Abstract:The process of undergraduate course graduation thesis was an important way to cultivate students' practice abilities,scientific research and innovation abilities.The practice cases about carrying innovation cultivation reform exploration and practice and its effects were summarized,and teachers should raise their innovation quality and act consciously in teaching,strengthening students' innovation conscious and training,relating practice cases,and constructing good innovation atmosphere,which were the key to carry undergraduate design teaching work and making effects.
