云南企业进入泰国战略措施研究

随着中国东盟自由贸易区建设及大湄公河次区域经济合作的加紧推进,滇泰之间的交流与合作也在迅速扩展和深化．近年来,泰国与云南在交通、通讯等基础设施建设方面已有较大改善,泰中贸易额也显著增长．在此背景上,本文应用动态SWOT分析方法,进一步对泰国和云南在工业、农业、科技、能源、旅游、承包工程六个方面进行了优势、劣势的比较,最后提出以“人无我有,人有我优,人优我廉”的办法,加强双方在这六个方面的广泛合作．

Research on Strategic Measures on Yunnan's Enterprises Entering Thailand

Along with constructing of the free trade district of China-ASEAN and the increasing cooperation of economy in Lancang-Mekong River Sub-region(GMS), the exchange and cooperation between Yunnan and Thailand have been developing and deepening quickly. In recent years, both sides of Thailand and Yunnan have improved greatly in terms of infrastructure development such as transportation, Tele-communication etc. Meanwhile, the volume of trade has also increased distinctly. Based on the situation in GMS, the method of developing SWOT analysis is applied and the advantages and disadvantages between Thailand and Yunnan in the 6 fields, namely industry, agriculture, science and technology, energy, travel and Contract project are compared. Finally, it puts forward the advice that "If he hasn't, I have; if he has, I have better; if he has better, I have cheaper." in order to strengthen the extensive cooperation between Thailand and Yunnan in these fields.
