粉煤灰挤塑泡沫复合保温砌块传热性能的数值模拟及优化研究

摘    要:采用数值计算的方法对粉煤灰挤塑泡沫复合保温砌块的1个砌筑单元进行模拟,得出砌块的稳态温度场、表面热流曲线等,计算出有效导热系数,与实验测试结果进行比较,得出模拟值与实验测试值相差仅为4.4%;根据砌块的表面热流曲线,分析出砌块连接部位的热桥是影响保温的重要因素;最后,提出提高砌块的保温性能的具体方案。对以后此类材料的研究或生产,提供了一定的理论依据和新的思路。
