| 摘 要： | 采用半消光PET切片生产可直接用于织造的120 dtex／96 f涤纶POY．探讨了生产工艺对产品性能的影响。结果表明:采用直径0．22 mm喷丝孔,长径比4．3,控制组件压力12-13 MPa,熔体温度284- 287℃,侧吹风速度(0．35±0．03)m／s．卷绕速度3．10-3．12 km／min．生产的POY断裂强度2．0-2．1 cN／dtex,断裂伸长率115％-125％,条干不匀率小于1．58％。

| Abstract: | Semi-dull PET chips were used to produce 120 dtex/96 f PET POY which can be woven directly. The effect of the production process on the product properties was discussed. The experimental results showed that the POY with breaking strength 2.0-2.1 cN/dtex, elongation at break 115% -125% and yarn unevenness below 1. 58% can be produced under the conditions as followed; spinneret orifice diameter 0.22 mm and L/D ratio 4. 3, spin pack pressure 12 - 13 MPa, melt temperature 284-287℃, cross air blow speed (0.35±0.03) m/s, take-up velocity 3 100 -3 120 m/min. |
