摘    要:研究了发酵法制备燃料酒精的工艺流程,针对传统的工艺中发酵醪液浓度偏低、能耗高、原料利用率低等问题进行了探讨。通过在不同的条件下改变糖化酶加入量、发酵温度、发酵时间、酵母添加量等实验参数,得出发酵制备燃料酒精的最佳工艺条件。结论为:糖化酶加入量为150 u/g,发酵温度为40℃,发酵时间为60 h,酵母添加量为1‰。

Abstract:In this paper,the production of corn-based fuel alcohol was researched.In view of traditional alcohol-producing production technology.The concentration of alcohol in the fermentation liquid is on the low side,the energy consumption is high,the raw materials consumption is very low.In different conditions,through changing the temperature,the addition of the yeast,the addition of glucoamylase and the time of fermentation to optimize the craft of making fuel alcohol.The conclusion is the addition of glucoamylase is 150 u/g,fermentation temperature is 40 ℃,fermentation time is 60 h and the addition of yeast is 1‰.
