泵系统中调压塔水锤防护特性的研究

摘    要:本文针对万家寨引黄入晋工程总干一、二级泵站采用的级间串联、站内多台机组并联的复杂泵系统,应用水锤理论和带插值的特征线法,建立了多条进出水管道交汇的水泵并联和调压塔边界条件的数学模型,分析了在各种不同运行组合情况下事故停泵水力过渡过程中调压塔的水锤防护特性,研究了水泵出口阀关闭程序对管道系统压力和调压塔水位变化的影响,提出了确定调压塔经济断面的方法,得出了对工程优化设计有实际意义的结论。

Abstract:With the application of the theory of water hammer and the characteristics method, this paper sets up the mathematical models to simulate the boundary conditions of surg tanks and parellel pumps with several pipelines during water hammer process, analyzes the protective properties of surge tanks for water hammer due to power failure in different combinations of operation, studies the effect of valve closing procedure on the pressure in pipelines and the water level variations in surge tanks, puts forward a method to determine the economical sections of surge tanks, and obtains conclusions which is of practice for the optimum design of projects.
