液压设备非介入式在线检测与诊断研究

摘    要:针对液压系统传统的介入式检测方法的不足,提出了用超声波非介入方法同时检测液压管路流量、压力的工作原理和方案,无需预留检测接口,就能在管外检测液压系统的压力、流量等参数,实现了在线检测和快速故障诊断的功能。以某大型设备液压系统及其起竖过程为具体分析对象,论述了液压设备非介入式在线检测与诊断的过程,并给出了检测点的选取方法。

Abstract:According to the disadvantage of traditional method,which needs inserting the testing unit into the hydraulic system,a new method for non-interposed testing to the flow and pressure parameters is proposed with ultrasonic.Moreover,based on the new method,the equipment for on-line fault diagnosis is designed,which improves the speed and accuracy of diagnosis greatly.Finally,the process of non-interposed on-line detection and fault diagnosis is presented with a large hydraulic system,and the optimizing of test point is discussed also.
