摘    要:主要讨论了基于固高GT-400控制器开发设计的四轴同步运动控制系统。该板卡内置于工业工控PC之中,完成IC封装设备-全自动超声波焊线机的运动控制功能。基于DSP的控制卡通过PCI总线受控于PC系统并与其相互作用,精确驱动焊线机的4轴伺服电机以满足焊线过程的要求。与原先采用4个DSP4块卡控制4轴伺服电机的方法相比,提出了用一个专用运动控制芯片DSP、一块卡来控制同样4轴电机的新方法。板卡上用来完成控制卡和PC机之间信息交换的PCI总线接口由PCI9052构成。根据对整个运动过程的分析,发现焊线机各轴有x、y轴联动方式、z轴动作、T轴动作、F/T轴动作和手动方式。合理的利用芯片资源,设计能够驱动4轴电机以及处理编码器信号。

Abstract:The article is mainly talking about the Development and design of a four-axis servo motion controller system which based on the Googol GT400 that is integrated into industrial PC to perform motion control task of an IC-encapsulation equipment-automatic ultrasonic wire bonding machine. This DSP-based smart card is under the control of and interacts via PCI bus to the PC system, accurately actuates 4 servo motor driven axes of the machine to meet the requirements of wire-bonding procedure. Compared to the former approach that uses 4 separate DSP-based cards, the article proposes a new approach that uses a single card and only a special motion control chip DSP to control the same 4 axes. On this card, the PCI bus interface for information exchange between the card and the PC system is composed of a PCI9052 According to an analysis of the motion procedure, the modes of the machine's motion are found: X-Y coordinated motion, Z motion, T motion, F/T motion and manual commanded motion. By careful and rational use of the limited the chip resources, the design is proved to be able to drive 4 axes and also process encoder signals.
