A NEW CHALLENGE IN CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGERMENT-SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT

A serious of environment problems will be raised by construction project. To sustainable development, the authors analyzed the necessity of management in this aspect in the construction project in detail and the responsibility of every member in the construction project. At the same time three ways should be emphasized: technical management, resource management, and environment management. The paper put forward the measures how to deal with the sustainable development in construction project.
