无锡国金中心框架-核心筒-刚臂结构设计

摘    要:无锡国金中心T1塔楼大屋面高度314m,建筑总高339m,采用桩端桩侧后注浆的钻孔灌注桩和厚度为3.5m的基础底板,选择了框架-核心筒-刚臂结构体系。对于结构的风荷载和地震作用取值、振型信息、风和地震作用下的计算结果比较、规范验算进行了介绍;并且对于结构设计中几个关键问题:地面90m以下存在含溶洞的岩层、剪力墙中配置钢骨以减小墙体厚度和结构重量、伸臂桁架与环带桁架的设置、竖向变形差异问题处理以及弹塑性分析等,进行了深入探讨。

Abstract:Main roof height of Wuxi Guojin Centre is 314m,full height of the building is 339m.Cast-in-site piles with post grouting technology and mat foundation of 3.5m thickness are adopted,and frame-core-outriggers structural system is chosen in this structure.Rudimentary information was introduced,such as wind load,earthquake effect,vibration mode,calculating result under wind and earthquake,checking according to codes.Several key problems were deeply discussed,such as terrane with holes underground 90m deep,placing steel in shear walls to reducing thickness of walls and structural weight,setting outriggers and belt trusses,dealing with vertical deformation difference and elasto-plastic analysis.
