复合分子筛的发展现状

摘    要:复合材料通过将几种单一材料性能上互相取长补短,产生良好的协同效应和催化性能,使其综合性能优于原组成材料。这种具有多重结构和叠加功能的分子筛可以避免单一孔结构的缺陷,多级孔道体系能同时提供尺寸不同的孔道,对解决传质等问题将会有很大帮助,而被广泛使用。通过合成方法、影响因素、表征技术和催化性能评价等几个方面详细地介绍了复合分子筛,并进行了展望。

Abstract:By complement the performance of several single materials to each other,the composite materials produce good synergy and catalytic properties which make it better than the original single material.The zeolite with multiple structures and overlay function can avoid the defects of single pore structure,the multi-level channel system can provide different pore sizes which will be great helpful for solving the problem of mass transfer,so it is widely used.The composite zeolite is introduced in detail from the aspects of synthesis methods,influencing factors,characterization and catalytic performance evaluation.And the development of composite zeolite is discussed.
