大后角插齿刀造形误差及精化方法

摘    要:加大插齿刀后角可以有效改善插齿刀的切削条件,提高齿表面加工质量和延长刀具使用寿命。通过对插齿刀造形误差的实例计算,证明了插齿刀顶刃后角由6°改为9°后,造形误差不会有较大的增加,可以应用于大多数场合。为了进一步减小造形误差,提出了造形误差的精化方法,为9°大后角插齿刀代替传统的6°后角插齿刀提供了理论根据,解决了插齿工艺实践中诸如齿面刮伤,刀具寿命低下等弊病。

Abstract:Enlarging the clearance of gear shaping cutter can improve efficiently its cutting condition, the gear surface quality and tool life. Through the calculation of its formative error, the result showed that the formative error can not spread after changing the 6° of clearance of the top edge to 9°. Therefore, the author also put forward a new method to calculate the formative error and found out the theory with 9° instead of 6° gear shaping cutter. It can improve the productivity greatly.
