摘    要:为了制定合理的焊接规范,保证点焊质量,采用正交试验设计法研究了点焊熔核尺寸与主要焊接参数(焊接电流、焊接时间、电极压力)之间的关系.对试验数据进行了多元线性回归,建立了熔核直径与焊接电流、焊接时间、电极压力、焊件板厚、电极直径之间的数学模型,并对熔核尺寸进行了预测.试验及预测结果表明:预测误差在1%~8%之间,具有较高的预测精度.该预测结果为电阻点焊工艺参数的选取提供了依据,对提高点焊质量有一定的意义.

Abstract:In order to establish the criterion of spot welding and assure the quality of spot welding, the relationship between nugget size and processing parameters including welding current, welding time, electrode pressure was investigated using the orthogonal design. Through muhiple linear regression on the experiment data, the mathematical model between nugget sizes and such processing parameters as welding current, welding time, electrode pressure, sizes of electrode and thickness of workpiece was established, and the nugget size was predicted based on the model. The experimental and predicted results show that the predicted error is within 1- 8%, and a high predicting accuracy is attained. These provide important reference for selecting processing parameters of spot welding in practice.
