| Abstract: | Large cyclodextrins consist of a series of molecules with glycosyl units from 9 up to several hundred. This review summarises the new progress of large cyclodextrins in the fields of nomenclature, molecular structure utiliaztion,their potential value for food industry in future was analyzed as well. |
