摘    要:为了改善传统电机调速系杂波干扰大,系统复杂的缺点,设计一种以工业单片机为核心运算控制芯片,可控硅采用过零检测触发方式,主回路由软件、硬件协调完成,控制可控硅进行电机调速的电路,达到了减少主电路杂渡干扰的目的,控制灵活,系统设计简单,检测和维护方便。

Abstract:To reduce the clutter interference of conventional motor control systems and overcome their complexity, the operation control chip which takes an industrial SCM as a core is designed. The zero-crossing trigger mode is adopted for SCR. The coordination and control of the major loop are completed by the software and hardware to dominate SCR to adjust the speed of a motor and reduce the clutter interference. The system is simple, and easy to test and maintain.
