粉煤灰合成沸石及应用

摘    要:以粉煤灰为原料采用碱熔水热合成法合成沸石,通过XRD、SEMI、R等手段进行了物相、形貌、结构分析,用分光光度法进行废水中亚甲基蓝(MB)的去除率的分析。合成的沸石对废水中亚甲基蓝的去除率为86.9%,比原灰提高了33.1%,表明合成的沸石比原灰的吸附量增加。

Abstract:The zeolite was synthesized by alkali fusion hydrothermal method using fly ash as raw materials.The expertizing phase,observing appearance and structure was analyzed by XRD,SEM,IR,and the removal rate of methylene blue in wastewater was measured by spectrophotometry.The result showed that the synthetic zeolite products increased the adsorption capacities significantly compared to the raw material.
