基于机器视觉的圆轴直径精密检测算法

摘    要:介绍一种基于机器视觉的圆轴零件直径精密检测算法。在对圆轴图像边缘进行空间矩亚像素定位的基础上,利用相邻分辨率边缘像素的亚像素位置关系,精确计算分辨率截面的直径,并给出了整个圆轴直径的估计。实践表明,该算法可达到0.001mm的精度。

Abstract:Diameter precisely inspecting algorithm for round spindle parts based on computer vision is introduced.On basis of performing spatial moment subpixel localization,diameter of each resolution section is precisely computed using location information between resolution edge pixels,and estimation of whole round spindle is given.The algorithm with accuracy0.001mm meets practical applications.
