| Abstract: | By reviewing the financing patterns of urban construction since the establishment of our country, the paper analyzes the characteristics of all kinds of financing patterns in the present period, focuses on the the inevitability of issuing local government bonds in the present economic enviroment, and makes specific suggestions for their choosing issuing ways, managing financial risks and follow-up development. |
