试论工程成本与进度的综合控制

在水电、房建工程项目管理中,为了对成本和进度进行有效控制,必须同时监控成本和进度的变化。有效成本、进度综合控制的关键是只要一发现成本、进度差异和低效率就积极地着手解决它,而不是放任不管。特别是在水电工程里,进度控制尤为重要,问题越早提出,则对整个项目的冲击和经济效益的影响就越小。
