为适应国际市场瞬息多变的需求，提高企业市场竞争能力。虚拟制造技术（ＶＭＴ）与虚拟制造系统（ＶＭＳ）应运而生。ＶＭＴ＆ＶＭＳ被誉为２１世纪的新型生产模式之一，是制造业迎接２１世纪挑战的有效技术。本文在分析现代制造系统的基础上，讨论了ＶＭＴ和ＶＭＳ的概念，ＶＭＳ的基本组成、开发环境，以及ＶＭＳ的关键技术。

Modeling and Developing Environment of Virtual Manufacturing System

For adapting the demands of the rapid changing and enhancing the competing capability of enterprise in the international market, various modern manufactureing systems have been put forward. Virtual manufacturing system(VMS)has been emerged as the times require, which is effective technology to meet the challenge of 21 century's manufacturing industries. In this paper, the architecture, the key technologies and the implement way of VMS were explored, and development environment for VMS was put forward, which is a powerful tool for building VMS.
