PET/纳米二氧化钛共混体系研究

摘    要:研究了纳米二氧化钛加入方式、加入量及偶联剂表面修饰对二氧化钛在PET中的分散效果及对PET/纳米二氧化钛体系抗紫外性能及结晶性能的影响。研究发现 :添加纳米二氧化钛可明显提高PET的抗紫外性能。在实验条件下 ,经偶联剂处理过的二氧化钛质量分数为 0 .5 %时 ,共混体系抗紫外效果最佳。钛酸酯偶联剂能改善纳米二氧化钛在PET基体中的分散性。不同二氧化钛添加量及其分散状态 ,影响PET的结晶速率。

Abstract:The effects of adding method and amount of nano titanium oxide and surface modification provided by titanate coupling agent on the dispersion of titanium oxide nanoparticles in polyester and the antiultraviolet behavior and crystallinity of PET/nano titanium oxide blend system were studied. The results showed that the incorporation of titanium oxide nanoparticles can considerably improve the antiultraviolet behavior. The optimal antiultraviolet behavior of the blend system can be acquired when the amount of titanium oxide treated by coupling reagent was 0.5% by weight under the experimental conditions. Titanate coupling agent can improve the dispersion of titanium oxide nanoparticles in polyester matrix. The crystallization rate of PET was affected by the amount and dispersion state of titanium oxide.
