新型陶瓷刀具JX-2-Ⅱ切削电镀纯镍的研究

摘    要:文研究了新型陶瓷刀具JX-2-Ⅱ和硬质合金刀具YG6X切削电镀纯镍时的切削性能,结果表明,在本实验条件下,JX-2一Ⅱ比YG6X具有较强的抗磨损能力,切削速度可以提高3~5倍,JX-2-Ⅱ是目切削电镀纯镍最理想的刀具材料.

Abstract:In this peper, the cutting property of new ceramic cutter JX-2-Ⅱ and carbide cutter YG6X for cutting electroplating pure nickel material. The result showed that the JX-2-Ⅱ new ceramic cutter has a greater wear resistance than YG6X carbide cutter, the cutting speed of JX-2-Ⅱ cutter can improve 3-5 times. Practice showed that JX-2-Ⅱ ceramic is the best material for machining electroplating pure nickel.
