摘    要:不可再生资源的逐渐枯竭会引发产业效益下降、区域经济带动作用减弱、发展动力不足、社会问题加剧等诸多问题。资源枯竭型矿业城市转型任务十分紧迫,其核心问题是接替产业的选择。本文对南川区资源环境承载力和矿业、镁铝工业、现代制造业、现代农业等支柱产业进行科学分析的基础上,提出延长矿业服务年限作为发展的缓冲阶段,大力发展大旅游产业为接替的主导产业,统筹其他产业发展的观点,并对城市发展架构与功能定位进行了具体的阐述。

Abstract:The gradual exhaustion of non-renewable mineral resources must leads to a huge array of problems,such as Industrial efficiency decreasing,leading role on regional economy weakening,lack of impetus to the economic development,the intensification of social problems,and etc.The pressure on the economic transition is extremely urgent for the resource-exhausted mining cities,the core problem of which is the choice of succeeding industry.Based on the scientific analysis on the mineral resources and environment carrying capacity,mining,magnesium and aluminium industry,modern manufacturing,modern agriculture and other pillar industries in Nanchuan district,the advices presented by this paper are to prolongate the service life of mining industry as the buffer period of economic development,and to develop vigorously the grand tour as the subsequent leading industry,and to considerate comprehensively on the other industries at the same time.This paper also elaborates on the framework of urban development and functional orientation.
