摘    要:对2Cr13钢采用880℃水淬然后560~620℃回火的工艺而非传统工艺进行调质处理。结果,钢的力学性能可满足产品的设计要求,并能减小工件的淬火畸变和使之不易淬裂。该工艺已成功应用于生产。

Abstract:2Cr13 steel was water quenched from 880 ℃ and subsequently tempered at 560 -620 ℃ instead of the tradtional process. The reaults show that the mechanical properties of 2Cr13 steel can meet the projected requirements of product. In addition, this queching process may make the workpieee be not easy to distort and to crack, and has been successfully applied to production.
