气液联控伺服系统的动力机构特性分析

摘    要:首次提出一种新型传动方式,描述了此类传动的基本结构和工作原理,给出了相应的数学模型,并详细分析了系统的动力机构特性。提出了用气液联控伺服系统可以实现常规气压伺服系统难以实现的高频响、高刚度等一系列特殊机能,可望为非线性严重的难以控制的气压伺服系统寻求一条控制的新途径。

Abstract:A new kind of transmission is put forward first, the basic structure, principle and the mathematics model are discussed. The power mechanism characteristics are analyzed, and the conclusion is that the Pneumatic-Hydraulic Combination Control (PHCC) servo system can realize high frequency,high rigidity and some special functions,which the normal pneumatic servo system is difficult to perform. It is a new method to control pneumatic system that has serious nonlinearity.
