小型永磁体空间磁场三维测量技术的探讨

摘    要:随着电工产品的小型化、微型化,对其所含的永磁体进行磁场测量的难度增大。提出了一种采用3个一维霍尔探头进行三维测量小型永磁体空间磁场的方法。基于该方法所设计的测量系统具有实时显示和绘制空间场强、自动化程度高、灵活性强、测量盲区小等特点,适用于工程实际中永磁体磁特性及充磁效果的检测。

Abstract:With electrical products becoming miniaturized,it is more difficult to measure the magnetic field caused by permanent magnets in them.A method for measuring 3-D magnetic field of the permanent magnet with three single-dimension Hall probes was proposed.The designed system based on the method have many characteristics,such as real-time display,depicting magnetic flux density,high automation and sensitivity,diminution of the dead zone and so on.The system can be properly used to check the magnetic characteristics and magnetizing effect in engineering practice.
