FANUC系统宏程序在凸轮轴类零件中的应用

摘    要:凸轮轴是发动机的一个重要零件,需求量很大,由于其尺寸和形状的相似,可通过FANUC系统宏程序参数化的编程特点,利用其具有的赋值、运算、选择、循环等功能,定制凸轮轴类零件的宏程序.用户可通过简单调用该程序,传递待加工零件的尺寸参数,实现编写特定尺寸凸轮轴零件的数控加工程序,大幅度提高编程效率,同时由于其自身较高的数据处理精度,零件的加工精度得到了很好的保证.

Abstract:As an important part of motor,it is hard for the operators to machine the camshart and ensure its accuracy using traditional method because of its complicated shape.Because parameterized macro program of FANUC has the characters such as evaluation,selection and circulation,we've developed a special program aiming at FANUC system through which the customers can input CNC program according to the part drawing of camshaft simply by calling the macro program and input some parameters of the cam shaft to resolve this problem.It will improve the manufacture accuracy and enhance the program efficiency to a great extent.
